Barbara Strasen Receives COLA Fellowship

SEFA artist Barbara Strasen has been awarded the prestigious City of Los Angeles Artist Fellowship for 2014-2015!

“The prestigious City of Los Angeles Fellowships honor a selection of the best of Los Angeles artists . . . honoring high achievement in the arts and the expectation of future great distinction.”

The fellowship provides support for the production of new work by the awarded artist over the course of one year. This will culminate in a Fellowship Award Exhibition for the ten recipients, which will include a 7 x 18 ft. mural by Strasen
